In this paper, we propose a transform which seems to be an adequate tool for pattern analysis, specially when
motions are involved.
We make some numerical investigations around this transform, which is closely related to the standard 2-D Fourier
transform .

| On définit la «transformée par rapport aux déplacements» ou M-transformée et on examine ses propriétés numériques. Son intérêt est d'être exactement l'analogue de la transformée de Fourier usuelle (sur le plan) par rapport à tous les déplacements (simultanément translations et rotations)
